At By ARA we are proudly a sustainable salon, this means our salon promotes green and eco-friendly choices. By adopting practices and using products that minimise environmental impact and contribute to the well being of the planet in aid to lower our carbon footprint.

We will apply a $3 green fee to each visit to help in the cost of recycling 95% of salon waste.

At By ARA we have a tiered pricing structure as part of our commitment to giving you the best service possible reflecting the varying levels of expertise and experience of our team members.

We truly believe that this pricing model will allow us to continue offering exceptional standards while ensuring that we remain sustainable or competitive in the ever-evolving hair & beauty industry.

At By ARA, our colour service prices are listed as a guide and are from prices, as every head of hair and colour service is unique. We use the VISH colour management system to accurately measure the colour required for your individual service, allowing for fair and transparent pricing while reducing unnecessary product waste. Before your service begins your artist will provide you with a personalised quote including a small buffer where required, so you have a clear understanding of the expected cost before we get started.

At By ARA, we take pride in the quality of our work and your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with the result of your service, please contact us within 14 days of your appointment and we will be happy to arrange a complimentary adjustment.

• After 14 days, or if your hair has been altered at home or by another salon, standard service fees will apply.
